In the last quarter of 2021, Economist & Jurist launched a survey for the legal profession to evaluate the personal and professional treatment they receive on a daily basis from the Administration of Justice. Strikingly, that survey left us with conclusions and headlines as unique as the fact that 74% of lawyers confess to having had a conflict with a judge on some occasion , the general failure of the legal profession to the Lawyers of the Administration of Justice in their professional experience and in their personal treatment , the usual complaints that there are officials who spend two or more hours having breakfast or the surprising laughter and mocking faces of a Prosecutor and a Judge at the questions and allegations of the defense .
